At Acticraft Studio, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds can be requested and processed.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalized orders

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@acticraftstudio.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@acticraftstudio.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@acticraftstudio.com and follow the return process outlined above.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
